Why is everything so complicated???

So after exchanging email after email with our agency it seems Elvia does not even have a Birth Certificate. I guess since she was delivered by a midwife she has some other kind of documentation which is missing that would take the place of a BC. So how we were told they have a BC back in Feb remains a mystery.

Please pray for us, we have no idea what is going to happen with her case. Of course we are told hopefully Friday...well we started this process in Sept and there have been a lot of hopeful Fridays and here we are not a step closer.

Please pray for everyone in this situation.
