Hi, the new application has been approved and approval notice will be sent out this week. If you wish to do a one time free change of country just send in a request for the change of country and with it a copy of I-171H and state the new country you wish to adopt from. Thanks.

YEAH!! Great news! I hope the US Postal service is "on it's toes" this week and you get it quickly.
How long before they can do the DNA match once they have the I-171H form?
